Our Terms of Service include a Refund Policy that outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that your purchase satisfies all of the following criteria:
- A refund can be made within 48 hours of payment;
- Intra-Project Values have not been used;
- The purchase did not affect other users and (or) did not give you preferences in relation to other users (VIP status, unique skin, etc.).
If your purchase meets these conditions, kindly contact our Support Team to initiate the refund process.
If your purchase fails to meet these conditions, we cannot initiate the refund process.
