If you're an Android user, please provide our Support Team with a list of all GPA codes for the transactions sent to the email address associated with your Google Account. Once we receive the purchase receipts, we'll investigate the matter further.
If you've lost or deleted the purchase receipts from your email inbox, you can retrieve them by following these steps:
- Go to pay.google.com.
- Open the details of each order to view the GPA code.
- Write down all the GPA codes and include them in your email to us.

Unfortunately, we're unable to track purchases made through the App Store and can't issue refunds for iOS transactions. Apple handles App Store refunds directly, so you'll need to contact Apple to request a refund for an in-app purchase. You can reach the Apple Support Team by emailing itunesstoresupport@apple.com.
